When I met Lisa, we immediately became friends. I was going through a very rough time in my life and she helped me with advice, her knowledge and her true passion for helping others and wanting them to see the best in themselves. If you are struggling trying to get your life in order to relieve the stress, understand what you are doing wrong and how you can change that Lisa/GYDA is the person for you. She will listen, help you set goals, make sure you stay on track on those goals, lift you up when you are down with her kindness and and compassionate and help you be the best you that you can be utilizing the skills and knowledge she has as life coach. Highly recommend!
