The AC in my newly purchased commercial office/warehouse condo was not blowing out cool air. After reviewing several quotes from Thumbtack I decided to hire Tank Repair Services. I had a great experience with this company. "Tank" was able to quickly troubleshoot what was going on with my AC. He could have easily of given me the run-around, but he was more concerned about educating me about what he was doing with the gauges and telling me what normal readings should be and troubleshooting other areas to make sure the AC was working properly. He stayed at my property until his meters showed the air temperature was cooling the upstairs offices. I would highly recommend hiring this company.

Tank’s Repair Service is the most reliable and friendly business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The customer service that I was provided from our initial meeting until the completion of the project was exemplary. They provided answers to any questions that I had prior to and during the installation. It is clear that every employee of Tank’s Repair Service cares about meeting the client’s needs. I have to be honest and say that Mr. Worsely and Mr. Williams far exceeded my expectations in the quality of work that they performed. They actually corrected an issue with my dryer duct that had been overlooked by at least 3 other contractors that had visited my home. The communication that Tank’s provides is something to be admired. They treated my project as if they were working on their own home and that is the quality of work you will receive from Tank’s Repair Service. I will be contacting them again from more projects! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Returning customers will receive a $25 discount, and we do offer a 15% Military discount. All work is guaranteed for 30days with the exception of HVAC work this will be based on the complexity of the job i.e. if a unit is replaced warranty may exceed 30 will be further outlined in the contact for installation. For all projects exceeding $500 a 20% deposit is required. I thank you for your business and look forward to meeting your needs!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first speak with my customer to get full details of the project and ask for any pictures if they have, and if it is job that I am able to successful complete I will set up a time to meet and view the project for a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Licensed and Insured certified in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrician, and a Master Plaster.
