I had bought a house while still being in my existing home. Barry was instrumental in making sure that my selling experience was a great one. Time on the market for my home was very short - inside the time frame I was hoping for - and he made sure to share his thoughts about what needed to be done to sell the house, communicate along the way and follow through to make sure nothing fell through the cracks.
