Introduction: We don't train dogs. We train the people who love them. We offer both private and small group classes in obedience, agility, puppy training, and a wide range of enrichment classes. We use positive reinforcement training only. We are a dedicated indoor, air conditioned canine gym and training facility. Please note we're new to Thumbtack, but not to dog training, having been in business since 2007 - you can find hundreds of reviews on Yelp, Facebook, or the Testimonials section of our website. Thank you for considering the Zoom Room! Because we require owners to be present with their dogs at all times, we get to know both you and your dog. We not only provide fantastic training options, but because socialization is critical to the health and happiness of your dog, we also offer a wide range of socialization options including parties and playgroups.

My 15-month-old Coton de Tulear, Jazzy, and I found Zoom Room in February 2016, and we are sorry we didn't find it sooner! There is so much great to say, we don't know where to start! Before we even turn the corner heading to Zoom Room, Jazzy is crying to get out of the car! And when we get there, she jumps out and heads to the store! She wants one of everything, and she's on her way to having it all! :-) Their store carries only the highest quality products! The owners, John and Christie Cotthaus, are very knowledgeable trainers, and they are so sweet and patient with all the dogs. Jazzy would rather be with them than me! Just ask, they will laugh and agree!! And their staff is great too! Besides having fun, my goal for Jazzy is to be a Therapy Dog. She has already passed Obedience 1 - 3 and received her Canine Good Citizen certificate. So, she is well on her way! With Zoom Room's help, it shouldn't take too much longer. Besides that, Jazzy loves her Tricks and Agility classes, and I haven't even mentioned how much she enjoys her Small Breed Group!! There is no better place to take her on these hot, sweltering summer days! So, do Jazzy and I recommend Zoom Room? That would be a wholehearted YES! Thanks Zoom Room! Jazzy and Diane

Everyone who works here is amazing! My pup Lucy gets so exciting whenever we enter the parking lot. Great for ibedience, agility, and fun! Would recommend to anyone and their beloved pups!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Training sessions are 4 for $200. Group classes are 10 for $260 or 5 for $150. Evaluations are $25. We offer introductory pricing for new clients: Group classes 15 for $300 regularly $375.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Except for puppies, we recommend that everyone begin with a half-hour private evaluation so that we may ascertain your dog's current level of abilities, listen to your concerns and objectives, and recommend the best course of training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers are members in good standing of the APDT, and have also undergone our in-house extensive Zoom Room training program in animal behavior and positive reinforcement.
