- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies depending on the needs of the client. We are happy to work within their budget. Some jobs will be priced per person, some may be priced per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost thank them for choosing us! We know the competitiveness of our market so its a huge compliment when someone decides to trust Simply D'Vine Catering with their event needs. Initially we would discuss all the preliminaries of the function either by phone, text or email. I would then take the gathered information and meet with the client at a place of their choosing to go over all the details. I am available any time to answer any questions my clients may have!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught cook and long time foodie. I have been in the hospitality business for over 15 years and I love what I do!! I am currently taking business classes to better understand the paperwork and marketing side of the field. My attention to detail, respect for the clients needs and ideas, and my personalization are an added bonus 😉
