- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the services needed, depending on the level of involvement you need from me we can determine if hourly or per project pricing works better for you in the long-term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The only way to do this job well is to physically see the area to be redone and to talk through the ideas with the customer. After that I can put together a proper estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in business and trained in interior design through Tidewater Community College.
