Introduction: More than 8 years of Personal Training experience. Focusing on injury prevention and body awareness in addition to weight loss/gain, strength/conditioning, and flexibility. Certified in also Pilates and TRX. No matter how big or small the goal is we will always move forward. Knowing that the person I'm coaching feels stronger, healthier or simply able to move better is my goal. I am also very passionate about my own health and fitness and practice what I preach.

I highly recommend Ray Wong. He was my personal trainer for 6 months. I've worked with trainers before and he is not your typical trainer. Not only does he have a great attitude, but with Ray it's not just about doing the exercises properly and pushing yourself to the limit. He tailors the workouts to your specific needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about the human anatomy, the impact nutrition and physiology have on the body, and what exercises work, or don't work, and why. For years I had constant back pain. Ray created a specific exercise regimen for me that made the pain go away and still gave me a good workout. He can also teach boxing and will include that as part of your workout. Ray is the best.

TLDR: Ray is the best damn personal trainer in the world and you will be doing yourself a favor if you let him help you. CONTEXT: I'm a lifelong athlete who developed SEVERAL injuries (hip, shoulder, elbow, bicep, knee, ulnar nerve), and I have been seeing physical therapists and personal trainers for years. None of them made me better. I dropped from 195 pounds to 170 pounds (all muscle loss) as a result from 2007-2015. Then I started seeing Ray. I cannot emphasize enough how shockingly easy it was for him to diagnose the problems and find solutions. I swear to god, he is a workout and injury Jedi. Since seeing Ray, my body moves better, I've gotten stronger, my posture has improved, and I'm getting better by the week. After years of degeneration, I feel like I'm in my mid-20s again. He is also incredibly zen--none of this screaming in your face nonsense (although I'm sure he'd be happy to oblige if you were into that sort of thing). Ray is directly responsible for a dramatic increase in the quality of my life, and I certainly didn't pay him enough--he was worth way more. Make the same excellent decision I made and go with Ray. You won't regret it.

Ray is a master trainer, highly skilled, supportive and smart. I know his clients would agree that you will not find a finer person anywhere. He was a pleasure to train with!

Ra is by far the best trainor I have ever worked with. As someone who has had injuries he is very careful to help you build muscle and get fit while still protecting you from further injuries. His knowledge of the human anatomy and pressure point release made each session very productive and I felt safe while working out. Thanks Ray!
