- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system for some aspect of work but I prefer to come do a free estimate of the job to better give the customer a fair and accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customer and get an understand of what they would like to accomplish and the scope of what they are trying to do. I prefer a face to face meeting where I perform a free estimate. this allows me to see the scope of work that needs to be completed along with letting the customer meet who they will have working for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several certifications in my field. I have a universal HVAC license as well as R410A refrigerant safety and Section 609 for HVAC. I recently won the ACE award for maintenance technician of the year for the entire Hampton Roads area. I also hold many other certification in various aspect of construction maintenance and alternative energies. I also have a Bachelor degree in business management with a minor in security.
