- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for home improvement projects is difficult, as there are a great deal of variables. There is a study that is produced annually called, "The Remodeling 2018 Cost vs. Value Report," that estimates average remodeling costs and the inherent value that is added to the home. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is listening to our clients' goals for their project. From there we recommend a Design Package that encompasses the entire scope of work to include Floor Plans, Elevations, Perspectives, Specifications, and itemized Budget, and a Schedule. Once the Design Package is complete, the Client has everything they need to complete a successful Project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science, Building Construction, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (2007). We've completed thousands of succesful remodeling projects in the Hampton Roads area over the span of the last 10+ years.
