- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Should you choose to pay out of pocket, our pricing is determined by a number of factors including the size, pitch, and style of shingle you would like to have installed. Give us a call today for a free roof asses,ent as well as quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1). I come out and do an initial inspection of damages to your home. I look for missing shingles, creased shingles, and potential hail impacts to those shingles. I then show you the up close findings and together we will call your insurance company to create a claim 2). I come back out to the property to meet with the insurance company as your representative to ensure that a thorough inspection is provided by the claims agent. You’d be surprised the things they will try to get away with such as patching or replacing of a single or batch of shingles instead of a FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT!!! 3). I stay in contact with the claims department to review their initial statement of work to make sure they haven’t left anything off of it that you are supposed to have as part of your claim 4). - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of roofing experience and 14 years experience having worked as claims and catastrophe adjusters for major insurance companies.
