- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PROPERTY ASSESSMENT.......FREE CLAIMS ASSISTANCE....FREE ROOF REPLACEMENT (Insurance) Assured Roofing will first attempt to inspect your property for damages caused by recent weather events that would be covered by your homeowners insurance policy so that you do not pay anything out of pocket. Not even your deductible! If approved, your insurance company uses a software called Xactimate for estimating material and labor cost in your area. We would be able to do the job for that price and would not need your deductible in most cases. ROOF REPLACEMENT (OUT OF POCKET) Don't want to go the insurance route? No problem. Schedule the free roof assessment and receive a free roofing quote before we leave your property! *out of pocket roof pricing is determined by the size of your roof (squares), pitch of your roof, style of shingle, and optional upgrades. For most accurate estimate it's best to have us come out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule no hassle, no obligation roof and property assessment 2. Allow 10-20 minutes after assessment to talk to you about your options and answer any questions you may have about the process 3. File a claim while we're there with you to make sure an actual claim is filed and a field adjuster is assigned to come out to your property 4. We show up for you when the field adjuster arrives to make sure we go over our findings and ensure a thorough inspection is done to get you the highest payout possible. 5. If approved, your insurance company will issue you an estimate of work. Depending on the amount approved, they may cut you a check on the spot or will mail it to you once approved. 6. Pick out your shingles and put your new roof on! That simple.
