Dear Mr. Stinger with Elevation Home Designs, I want to thank you and everyone at Elevation Home Designs for the excellent work you did on my house remodel. This was my first remodel, EVER, and you totally exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I hired you, Mr. Stinger, I was at ease and appreciated your input and knowledge from a construction standpoint. This remodel required taking down interior walls, installing plumbing, remodeling bathrooms, putting in new doors, painting and texturing, new flooring and creating a nice fenced in area off my back porch. You were very quick to give me a bid that was within my budget, and more importantly the entire remodel was complete in under 3 months. Hiring you, Mr. Stinger, was absolutely the right decision. Each contractor that you selected to represent Elevation Home Designs, was professional and efficient. They were on time, completed each phase of the job in a timely manner, and more importantly cleaned up daily! I want to thank you, personally, Mr. Stringer, for your idea of creating a custom island in my kitchen. I am so grateful that you suggested taking down an interior wall between the den and kitchen to give me so much more space. I am also happy with the recessed lighting throughout the house. What a difference these lights make! In addition, I want to thank you for taking out all the old bathtubs and replacing them with custom built glass showers and a Jacuzzi tub! I get so many compliments on the tile and back splash as well as the updated vessel sinks. I have had many inquiries on my remodel and do not hesitate to recommend you in my community. You have truly increased the value of my home! Most importantly, I highly recommend you for the follow through and customer service when the job is complete. My family and I added two sides to our home, which was about 800-1000sqft addition as well as remodeled the current kitchen. Cotter was very professional and assisted us throughout the whole process. He was attentive to our needs and we were pleased with the results.

I can't thank Lacey enough for rescuing my remodel. I started small projects with other contractors who overcharged and took advantage of me. I wish I had found her in the beginning. She was able to complete my renovation within my budget. It is hard to find a reliable and honest contractor like her. What I value most is her attention to detail and design, which is the benefit of working with other women. My home is now ready to list as a short term rental. I highly recommend Lacey and her crew for any home renovation.
