Working with any sort of vendor, key to my experience, my "first impression" moment if you will, is communication. From first contact thru to the completion of the job, Dymtro's comm skills were first rate. Every question or concern was was responded to quickly and politely. That is star number one.
Star two is for punctuality. They arrived almost to the minute of the time I was told they would be there. So between the good communication and them showing up in time, I'm already at ease about the move.
Star three, professionalism, I've been moving rock and roll gear around the globe most of my adult life, so I'm no stranger to packing cubes in a truck logistically.
So, when they arrived I already had a (at least to get us going) a plan for the first few rows. Dymtro listened with out any "duh" or " yeah right" attitude and let me say my piece. He then ran down the way he would get started, I knew then we were on the same page. So we were off. I watched the first few rows go on the truck and knew I would not have to oversee what they were doing. And man were they moving quick!!
Star 4 is for work quality, there's nothing worse than being around people who don't like what they're doing (for me at least) that was certainly not the case with this crew, all smiles and working hard too. Also, they had included in the cost all the items needed for a move. They had ample supplies of packing blankets, tape, shrink wrap, hand trucks and dollies. Everything one would need to get the job done quickly while protecting my stuff.
Star five is for value. I did crunch the numbers prior to hiring movers, and I gotta say, the difference between getting a truck on my own, and just labor at both ends was a wash. So, for literally no extra money I got a crew at both ends, a truck with all the moving supplies, and an 80 mile move with no headaches. I probably actually saved money.
So, if you are considering having Dymtro do a move for you, look no further. They are 5 star, top notch, 10 out of 10, "refer a friend" good. You will not be disappointed.

What a great experience with these guys. They went above and beyond with my 2 day move and the fixed price was half the cost to any other bay area service.
If you are looking for movers go with these guys. You can thank me later. :)

Demtro and his team were exceptional. Demto confirmed with me before the move they arrived right on time and called and gave me their pre arrival schedule. This is a top quality moving company. When Demtro and his team arrived, we agreed on a time schedule and they finished the move right on time. I was amazed! I even used them again, for another job. I recommend this moving company highly and I will use them again. Thank you, YOU GUYS WERE WONDERFUL!
