- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly fees will include a fully equipped truck and services starting from disassembling and packing, to delivering your belongings at your new destination.There are no hidden fees for gas, tolls, mileage or protective materials, please note that we have a 2 hour minimum policy charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with customers has always been a pleasure for us. When meeting new customers we always ask them if they had any moving experience before, and based on that our team will recommend them the most efficient option.
