DJ Robby

Introduction: DJ Robby, native to Prince George's County Maryland, has always been a big fan of music, primarily hip-hop and R & B. As an '80s baby raised by Washingtonians who were lovers of old school funk, go-go, rhythm and blues, and jazz, means DJ Robby can rock a party from the early '60s to today's most current top billboard hits. In 2011, DJ Robby began mentoring under DJ Kev B who's been in the game 15 years and mentored under WPGC's own DJ Storm! Shortly after, he purchased his own DJ equipment and began the process of learning all there was about the art of deejaying. Since that time, DJ Robby has done corporate holiday events, promotional events for Euro Motorcars of Bethesda and Rockville, weddings at the National Harbor, private events at local clubs such as Rio Bar and Lounge and Touche Rooftop Bar, happy hour social events for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, provided sounds for All-Star Legacy Cheerleading of Maryland, and provided stage lighting for DC's own Backyard Band.
