FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in jumping right. 1. Lets agree on an appointment day and time. 2. I will send a paypal invoice for the amount mentioned in the quote (I can also take a credit card payment if the client doesnt have a paypal account). 3. We will mutually decide if FaceTime or Skype works better for the client. 4. At the scheduled appointment time I will contact the client for a web-based session. 5. If the client is unavailable or forgets about the appointment, I will refund the client 50% for the session. I dont believe in charging 100% for a session that did not take place. Its that simple to begin a life changing journey!
