Pet Grooming by Sarah
About this pro
Sarah was awesome! Will definitely be returning!!Feb 28, 2018Verified
Sarah is an excellent groomer who was experienced and very personable. Our little dog, Buttons, is a bit high strung and very jumpy yet she was able to calm him down. She was gentle with him and his haircut came out really cute. We will definitely use her again. We highly recommend her.Sep 19, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing system is based on many factors. For small dogs such as yorkies, shih tzuz, malteses, miniature poodles, etc, I typically start my price at 60 dollars. Medium size dogs such as cavaliers and standard schnauzers start at 70 dollars along with mixed breeds including yorkiepoos, cavapoos, cavachons and shipoos. Big dogs in need of haircuts in addition to the bath such as goldendoodles and standard poodles start at 80 dollars. Cats generally start at 70 dollars. I always include nail cutting, ear cleaning, and tooth brushing in my service price. Anal gland expression is an extra 10 dollars. Stand alone services such as nail cutting is 10 dollars for dogs and 15 dollars for cats.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know my customers and their pets in order to satisfy exactly what the customer is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a licensed hair dresser with a degree from the Learning Insititute of Beauty Sciences and have applied those skills to cutting dog hair. I also have grooming certificates from the Petsmart Grooming Academy and the Animal Behavior College.
