I truly thanked God that I found Trever after the whole nightmare with the previous agent. I've never written any kind of review before, but I was so impressed with Trever's professionalism and also want to help out someone who is desperately looking for a RELIABLE property manager. Trever is very professional, has lots of integrity, and fair. I found him when I had been in a difficult situation with new tenant which my awful previous agent brought in. And I was a long distance landlord. As soon as I contracted him, he took care of everything for me in a prompt manner. Considering what he would offer for his services, his fee is unbelievably inexpensive. He did more work for me than others whom I had paid much more. I would confidently recommend him to anyone including a female, long distance landlord. I would give 6 stars if I can!! If he is in your area, I wouldn't go to anyone besides Trever.

Atlas Lane has managed couple of my properties for me in Noe Valley and my experience has been very good. I was able to discover good renters and the service providers for any repairs were quick to respond and fairly priced. Atlas Lane are on another level compared to othet property management companies. I'm very satisfied and have recommended Atlas Lane to other investors.

Structure properties has great leasing agents. I was able to view apartment same day, application process is easy. Very happy. I worked with Trever, he was great!

I have lived in a residential hotel managed by Atlas Lane for almost a year now. I have been extremely happy with the responsiveness of their on-site manager, as well as everyone I have come in contact with at the property management office. This is the 2nd property I have lived in managed by a property manager, and in comparison to my last property manager, Atlas Lane is far superior!! Please continue to offer this level of service to your tenants! I just wanted to write this to let you know your kindness and promptness does not go unnoticed.
