- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time consultations are free. Once the consultation is complete, 30-minute walks are $20 and 1-hour walks are $40. We also now offer 15 minute walking sessions at $15. Additional package pricing is available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers initially book a first-time consultation where we set up a time to meet with you and your pet. We will go over your pets history and any additional information that we may need to know in order to provide the best care. Typically, we would like to take a brief walk with you and the pet to see how they interact with us and if it's a good fit. After we've become comfortable with each other, we schedule our first walk and you can enjoy knowing that your pet is in good hands!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Blake personally trains every dog walker that NoMa Pets hires and we run a standard background check to ensure the ultimate safety for your pet and home.
