FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In some cases we are willing to negotiate. .. The first cleaning is a deep clean, if needed. So the first is the most expensive and it goes down afterward depending on whether you want your cleanings weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we try to get a better understanding of their preferences. I want to personalize their experience so that it is one of a kind! We don't leave until you are satisfied. We are not perfect and sometimes we might overlook things that are important to you. We learn from everyone and every moment is a teaching moment! 😁
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out working in several hotels. I learned to be detailed and thorough. I also have experience in food service so your kitchen and fridge will be sparkling clean! I have passed the training on to my team so that they are the best representations of me and my work ethic.
