She and her colleague re-confirmed my appointment that morning, showed up on time (they were actually early!) and did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment in under an hour. She had me inspect the apartment before they left, which I appreciated. If I weren't moving out of state, I would 100% book them again. DEW is a lifesaver! Danita and her team were able to accommodate me on short notice, ensuring my condo was in top condition before hitting the real estate market. She was super pleasant to work with and maintained her professionalism despite a few hiccups. Also, they were able to clean areas that another professional cleaner missed. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The price is only an estimate once we get an idea of what the job entails, we quote a price! The first cleaning is a deep clean, if needed. So the first is the most expensive and it goes down afterward depending on whether you want your cleanings weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer, we try to get a better understanding of their preferences. I want to personalize their experience so that it is one of a kind! We don't leave until you are satisfied. We are not perfect and sometimes we might overlook things that are important to you. We want your business and satisfaction so feel free to let us know! 😁
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I started out working in several hotels. I learned to be detailed and thorough. I also have experience in food service so your kitchen and fridge will be sparkling clean! I have passed the training on to my team so that they are the best representations of me and my work ethic.
