- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A complimentary 20 minute assessment call always takes place before the initial purchase. Each session is typically 30 minutes, and we will always have a co-created action item for the client to try out based on our discussion. I also provide a summary of what was discussed after the session. I am aware that each circumstance is different; if a client needs more time in their session we can discuss options that fit their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take 20 minutes to get to know a new client before working with him/her. I typically explain the coaching process, and I like to answer any questions the client may have to ensure he/she feels safe/comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors and Masters degree in international development affairs and I have had the opportunity to work with over 30 cultures. In addition to formal education, I am an RYT 200 yoga instructor and a life coach.
