Training with Kawach Life has proven to be very effective in working towards my fitness goals! The program focuses mostly on whole body fitness — putting the mind and spirit at the same level as the body. This has helped me maintain a “lifestyle” balance rather than a “diet” while setting realistic goals for myself. The schedule with Kelechi is also very flexible, with her only being a phone call away to help with proper exercise form or cooking tips. If you’re looking for something that works towards long-term balance instead of heavy temporary restriction, check it out!

Prices vary. Every BODY is very different so a program for one person will not always align with the next person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first begin with a questionnaire, from there we can uncover what is driving one's desire to change and create real goals that are able to be met!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my master's degree in nutrition education from the American University in Washington, D.C.
