- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to always come up with a fair price and not overcharge customers, especially if the situation can be solved with a quick fix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to everything a customer has to say and develop a straight path to solutions for them. If a customer cares to learn, I enjoy teaching them how to solve or prevent the issue at home to help save them money in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been fixing, building, and developing software for computers since I was very young. I am currently working to receive my B.S. in computer science.
