Hiring Cassie as a day of coordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She was present at all the vendors meetings and was on hand and helped with planning and the rehearsal. She made sure the wedding party was well taken care of and kept them and guest on time and happy. She took care of some very last-minute fixes ex: created and printed dinner menus, reception table numbers and seating arrangement/chart. She even created thoughtful extra touches to our cake/dessert table that coordinated with our color scheme. We were so glad to have her there to discreetly guide us through our special day, I didn’t have to worry about one thing. Seriously our wedding day was virtually stress free. If there was a problem, I never knew about it. Everyone, vendors included confirmed it by saying how good Cassie was and how she managed our wedding day so seamlessly! So, whether you need a full-service planner or only services on the day of your wedding, Concepts Event Management Group will not disappoint you. I highly recommend her. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is based on the needs of the customer and the demographic of the local market. I offer three (3) different service packages, ranging from "day of" coordination only to full event/wedding planning - from your "concept" to our reality!! Offering professional services at economical prices for the "do it herself" bride/planner !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer has selected me as their coordinator/planner, I schedule an in-depth interview to confirm the exact needs for the event. Depending on location, this interview could either by in person or via video conferencing (Skype or Zoom).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been planning and implementing special events for over 10 years. Many of them have been in the ministry and for civic organizations. As a "get it done" type of girl, I am called on to complete an "in process" project or to add final touches or that "little something extra"!
