Introduction: I have been a therapist for over 15 years and I specialize in working with couples using the Gottman Method of couples counseling (research based couples counseling). I offer workshops for couples and couples counseling. I also work with parents on parenting skills and with children dealing with trauma and/or behavior problems, using evidenced based models to help make genuine improvements. I love working with couples to help them turn their relationship around, decrease conflict, and improve intimacy and romance. Parents learn how to work together and parent effectively, even in challenging situations. It is an honor to help children work towards healing after traumatic events (accidents, traumatic medical procedures, natural disasters, witnesses to crime, abuse, etc.), and work towards being able to recover. I work with couples, families, children and individuals to help them heal their relationships.
