- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will start the first session with a brief conversation about your goals, injuries, health history. Then we will go through initial assessment. At the end of the session we will create a plan of action to achieve your goal. You will receive homework after each session.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?By the age of 25, I had never exercised. I ate without care or caution. I spent most of my time in front of the computer screen studying and working on an online business. I thought it was normal to have pain in the back, neck and wrists as I got older. I didn't have energy to handle day to day tasks. I was tired of being angry, overweight and unfocused... I changed my diet completely and began studying yoga. I lost 35 lb., gained strength and became more flexible. My energy increased and so did my mental acuity. I did 200 hour teacher training with Yoga Tree (San Francisco) where I was selected as ambassador to all instructors during training. I become certified instructor of Yoga Alliance USA in 2014.
