Introduction: As a paramedic for a busy 911 ambulance service and an instructor for 40 different courses across 5 different disciplines, CPR was the first instructor certification I attained. After perhaps hundreds of real cases of doing CPR, I am well-versed in the science and real-life experience needed to effectively teach CPR, AED, and first aid training.
CPR and first aid are lifesaving tasks. It is exciting to teach people simple, but otherwise lifesaving tasks, and it's just as exciting as in instructor to see students succeed.
