- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing here. There's a lot of factors that go into each job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After someone submitts a request for services I'll respond with my contact info. Once I am contacted I like to know about the pet and it's needs, their location, what kind and when the services are needed, and the rate. If they opt to use my service I like to meet with the costumer and their pets and begin to establish a comfortable relationship. Once we agree on terms of the services I'll be providing the fun begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Navy veteran, which means I'm quick to learn the needs of the pet, I'm punctual and very patient.
