FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most importantly I want to meet the customer on a personal level not just someone signing a check. Start with a handshake and get to know a little about the person, and the reason I'm there. Not all customers are extremely personable so based on first impression I take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience I thing is the best you can have. Anyone can sit in a classroom and take a test on paper of how to run a drain system or learn the codes. But every job you run into different obstructions that you won't learn to get around them with out the experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is a hvac guy/ contractor and I learned real fast that installing hvac wasn't my favorite but was interested in being a skilled tradesman.. I picked up plumbing to counter my fathers hvac gig and since then I've loved doing what I'm doing
