JC Framing left me waiting 15 days for a quote. After 15 days, they finally followed-up to let me know that they did not have anyone qualified for the job I had requested. They apologized for their lack of experience. I read their message and went along my day. I totally understood and was not upset. They were being honest and I appreciated that. It did suck because I was literally waiting on them and so were the other contractors who were responsible enough to follow-up with me.
About an hour after this message was received I got a really weird message that came through my phone saying "oh wow how nice of you, thanks for the malicious inconvenience". I was away from my desk eating lunch. I had no idea what this meant so I hurried back to my desk. It took me a minute to figure out what was happening. I saw that a two star review had been posted just minutes earlier. This totally sucks and was most likely a co-worker screwing with me for leaving my computer unlocked. It was an easy fix on my end since I have the ability to delete the review. Unfortunately, the events that followed were HIGHLY unprofessional. This contractor is a little bit emo and definitely did not have their businesses best interest in mind with their interaction. They resorted to pointing fingers and name calling rather than taking a step back and trying to work through what was happening with logic. I would never hire a company that is this unstable, combative, and unprofessional.
