- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have some standard pricing for a basic website build but we customize websites based on our customers needs. The price will change based on those needs that's why it's so important meet in person or setup a phone call to discuss their needs in more detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new customer is looking for Internet Marketing or maybe a new website, I usually like to meet with the customer first preferably in person. I call this the discovery phase. In this phase, the focus is on the customer. I'm interested in the ideas they have, there needs and wants, and to get a better understanding of their business so I can come back with some possible solutions that could help them. If we are talking about a new customer who needs computer/tech support, I still like to meet in person preferably at there place so I can get a better understanding of the environment I will be working in. Again, during this meeting, I like to find out what issues they are having so I can come up with a solution that will solve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 20 years in the information technology (IT) and internet field. I have extensive knowledge in of the technology industry and a proven track record when it comes to taking initiative in projects that enhance future growth of businesses I serve. I have a Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications Management and have worked as a Field Technician and Network Consultant for such companies as Technology Services Solutions, and Sentinel Technologies. I also worked as a Systems Technician for HSBC and then as a Senior Manager in Distributed Systems Services. As an Internet marketing consultant and business owner, I successfully combine my experience in team and project management, IT and client relations to help businesses increase profits and enhance their online presence.
