- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to personally meet you and your dog/s for a consultation, then fill out a form with some of your personal info, such as phone #, email, address etc.., and mostly your dog's info, along with any special instructions you may have in order to meet your needs, and your dog's needs. After meeting, filling out some paperwork, and asking/ answering any questions we may have, we would schedule the days and times you would like me to walk your dog/s, and officially welcome my new client/s!
