- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet with the customer. It is a better way to see the project the customer has for me. I can also give a more accurate bid for the job. I want my customer to be happy from the first contact. I always communicate with the customer and am willing to work around their schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the painting business for over 40 years. I've done custom jobs, as well as residential track homes to commercial buildings. I can work with all types or paints and stains. I'm also currently working for a handyman business that is involved in all areas such as demolition, drywall, household repairs and installations. I have basic plumbing skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began this type of work in my late teens my step-father took me out and taught me a lot while helping him with his painting business. I stuck with it the rest of my life.
