FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do estimates or bidding on larger projects and I list an hourly rate for smaller tasks and maintenance jobs. Larger jobs may require more time, extra man power or equipment rental. It's difficult to give an accurate estimate on a job without having seen it. There are variables, obstacles and materials that need to be assessed and included with the estimate. I like to go out to see the larger jobs so I can give the customer a better idea of what all is entailed and a realistic estimate. Smaller jobs I run a simple hourly rate starting from when I arrive till all tasks are complete. I am a skilled handyman which allows me to work quickly and efficiently. I will not waste my time or your money. If any issues arise I will discuss them with the customer before any additional costs occur.
