I had an amazing energy healing with Annie. It was a deeply spiritual experience and I gained so much out of it. It was super easy to relax because she’s so easy to talk to and truly cares about your well being. Love her!!!

This is a separate review for my yoga classes with Annie. Yes! I have the honor of experiencing both yoga and energy healing with her. I’m a regular of Annie’s yoga classes, as well as her many other followers.
With her hawk eyes and strong attention to detail, she won’t miss realigning and correcting your postures. This prevents so many injuries and also improves your practice. She will never push the newer students and is familiar with the levels of her regulars. You’ll definitely be sore after class but isn’t that why we go to yoga, for a physical and mental workout? :) She also plays the best music!!!

Annie is the best yoga teacher and energy healer I've known. She has been a true mentor to me. Her class takes you on a journey within and is truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. I drive over 50 miles just to take Annie's class. Her energy healings are also extremely intense and therapeutic. Annie is the true definition of a healer. She is also an amazing human being. I trust her completely and I recommend her class to everyone I know.

Annie is an extraordinary yoga teacher. Her ability to work with your mind, body, and spirit is truly a gift. She is powerful and gentle all at the same time. If you’re looking for more out of your yoga practice, I would highly recommend Annie to teach you. She has taught me and continues to teach me so much.

Annie is an amazing and challenging instructor. She always provides a great yoga class and will help with adjustments to ensure proper alignment. I enjoy taking Annie’s classes and have felt much stronger in my yoga practice. I would highly recommend Annie.
