- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based off of being able to see the project in person. Once I can grasp a sense of the interior or exterior space then I can provide a detailed proposal that will ensure that the home owner and I are on the same page at all times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to personally meet with new customers at their homes and look at the project together. Once I can see what their vision is then we can discuss all the options, such as material quality, product options, colors, timing, and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 30 years experience in the painting business. I started with my dad's painting company, American-Perma Coatings in Lawrence and then started my own company in Southwest Kansas in 2008. In 2011 I moved to Wichita with my family and have been continually growing my business. I recently became accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
