- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very competitive when it comes to pricing. My rate is usually 500.00 to 750.00 to begin a case. However, some background checks or even a simple address check can be a lot less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin we want to know if they are represented by an attorney. Then review if they even need an investigator. It is common a person just wants to know before hiring an attorney and that makes perfect sense. We ask a person who suspects a spouse or lover is cheating on them. That they do not confront the person. It saves so much time when the person you are following is not looking over there shoulder and covering up evidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in Law Enforcement like most investigators. However, I am not retired and very capable of getting in the field to get the evidence. I make it a requirement to omplete more than the required training courses in various investigative fields. I also attend courses in South Carolina and am obtainig a licnes in SC in a few months.
