Introduction: Originally from New York I relocated to Wilmington 12 years ago and spent a majority of my time working for a highly reputable custom home builder in the area. When the recession hit, I decided to go back to school and then pursue my own career with building, remodeling and Real Estate. I like to run a turn key operation where the majority of the work is completed in house by myself and a couple of highly skilled sub contractors I have met over the years. We specialize in multiple areas of construction and when situations arise where electricians, plumbers or engineers are needed, I have a select few that I use. I always pull proper permits when needed and all my work is done up to current building codes. Honesty, integrity, punctuality and cleanliness are very important to me and I feel those attributes help provide a positive experience for the homeowner as well as those who do work on my job sites. It is my goal to do high quality work at a fair price and communicate with my clients the best I possibly can. I work very hard for my clients and greatly appreciate you considering my for your next project.
