FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most video shoots, I charge $50 per hour for shooting and editing, which includes a Canon DSLR package and three piece interview lighting kit. Typically, every hour of shooting results in three to five hours of editing, but that can vary significantly depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before most projects begin, I typically meet with a new client two or three times to iron out the details of the work needed and the expectations they have for the final product. Sometimes these meetings are in person, but often they take place over the phone or email. If the client already has a clear idea of exactly what they need from me, I can jump in at a moment's notice and start work with minimal preparation if that's what is called for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated and received a BFA from UNCSA School of Filmmaking in 2012 I was also nominated in 2015 for my work on "Life in the Carolinas", a show that I worked on as a segment producer and editor.
