Introduction: Greetings good people my name is Mickael Young I am a certified personal trainer who mission is it only to help you reach your fitness goals but to all elevate you mentally,physically and if need spiritually. I believe my deep passion for helping other is one of the main reasons I'm so successful today. Along with my passion I also have a sports science degree and 7 plus years of weight lifting experience and very well rounded when it comes to fitness! Seeing my Clients reach their goals would be the highlight that really fires me up! Other than that just being in the fitness world gives me so much joy and it's such a blessing when you have a career that you love.
