What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is hourly with a 3 hour minimum. I offer price breaks for packages, due upon purchase. I offer referral incentives as well!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrange a complimentary consultation that typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. This gives us a chance to meet, talk about the project, and go over questions and concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a natural organizer and am so happy to find a job centered around what I love to do!
