- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are reasonable and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I promptly communicate via social networks or telephone. The customer will address their concerns and I will respond in a timely manner. I would set up a consultation, most customers usually get the job done on the spot if that time is available, I would buy materials needed. If that timeframe is taken we would then book for a convenient availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a license electrical. Ontractor who who’ve been working in my field doing commercial and residential for over 10 years.
