Coldwell Banker has a standard, transaction fee of $345, my commission is paid by the seller.

I start by getting my client pre-approved ... this will give us a better idea of what kind of budget we have to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I speak both Spanish and Portuguese ... just something else I bring to the table to help my clients
