- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have competitive prices because my business is small. I do not undercut anyones business but I offer more services for the same price than the other guy. For example I include vacuuming, filter cleaning, salt cell cleaning, and all the chemicals in my monthly service. I charge one flat fee. Your price doesn’t change every month like other companies prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a new customer I try to make my first visit during a time when they are home, this way I can meet the customer face to face. I'll talk with the customer about what they expect and what they should expect from me. There is no paper work or contracts. I keep it simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with the Nation Swimming Pool Foundation. I am currently in school to receive my computer science degree as well.
