My wife and I lived in our home for over 12 years with our 4 children. A job opportunity required us to relocate and sell our home quickly. The house definitely reflected the wear and tear of 4 children. We were referred to Designs by Lynn Marie to assist us in staging the house. They responded to our request rapidly and worked with us at an accelerated pace to complete the project. When they were finished our home never looked so good. It was in prime show condition and we actually regretted having to sell it. Best of all was the house sold in a very short period of time for a higher price than we anticipated. Working with Designs by Lynn Marie really benefitted my family and we would recommend their services to anyone!

I can't thank Designs by Lynn Marie enough for all of their amazing talents and help! I hired Lynn to help me get my home ready for my Daughter's High School graduation party. The outcome exceeded my expectations. Designs by Lynn Marie offers a variety of services, I used their Re-Design Services. Lynn came into my home and worked with my existing furnishings and accessories. The transformation was beautiful! They moved furniture from one room to another, relocated the art work and mirrors, used the accessories to create a whole new look, staged the sofa's with pillows and throws, and arranged the bookshelves. I was given a small list of items that I needed to purchase to complete the project. But, overall my house was turned in a Model Home using 95% of what I already had in my home. I highly recommend Designs by Lynn Walsh for your next Re-Design project. If you are on a budget, you can't go wrong utilizing this amazing service that Lynn provides. She also allowed my input, ideas and assistance. We worked together, and we had a really great time!

I had offered to host my company's annual holiday party at our home. I was very overwhelmed and wasn't sure where to begin. I had a friend recommend Designs by Lynn Marie. From the moment I spoke to Lynn on the phone I just knew my party would be in good hands. We had a lot of planning and coordinating to do, but Lynn handled it all. She ordered the food, hired the servers and she ordered the invitations. Lynn made a lot of the decorations and purchased some as well. She did amazing table arrangements. My house wasn't ready for a big holiday party, but Designs by Lynn Marie came in and transformed my home into a Winter Wonderland. She definitely thought of everything! The food was amazing, the staff was great, and the ambiance was spectacular. The decor was over the top! Everyone is talking about my holiday party, and asking me if I am hosting this year's party. I am very grateful for Designs by Lynn Marie and her amazing team. They made my party a huge success! Most of all Lynn stayed within my budget, and helped me in more way than I could have imagined. We want to start by saying Lynn was fabulous! We had bought a 22 year old home with great potential but it needed a lot of updating throughout. Over a one year period Lynn provided us with invaluable design ideas, options, product choices, coordinated trades and laborers, and most of all listened to us. We methodically transformed our home room by room and it is now or dream home. She provided us invaluable guidance and was truly vested in our "vision" for the home. Best of all when all was said and done we came in UNDER BUDGET. She is not only our designer she is now a friend. A true professional and genuine person that we recommend at the highest level.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some jobs are hard to price in advance. There are many factors when pricing a large job. It can depend on the services that are required, the distance to the job site, the length of time for the project, etc. However, an hourly range is $40 - $60/hr. for most of the services that we provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to speak with the potential client over the phone to discuss their upcoming project. At this time I tell them more about my experience and how I may assist them with their project. We then schedule a time for me to visit their home for a consultation. If all goes as planned, we schedule a time to start the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA degree in Interior Design. Licensed and Active Realtor in the State of Florida. Experienced Home Stager. My staff and I have over 25 years experience in Interior Design, Event Planning, Home Staging & Real Estate.
