FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing and discounts are competitive I go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer but still staying within their price range. If I can make suggestions of things that can be cost effective I will. We also have several pre designed packages for many events. These are designed to keep your budget on point while providing amazing variety and flavor to almost any event. Game Day, Office Lunch, Realtor Open House, Housewarming party and more. Just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to know more information about the event so I can get a feel of what type of foods the customer needs. I ask a lot of questions before I can give a direct quote because for example some clients just need appetizers and not a main dish or not a main protein. This also allows me to be more creative with the menu and come up with ideas that can make the food event fun. Example at a BBQ event there can be a build your own slider station instead of the usual ribs, or hamburgers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience in the food industry not only as a caterer but as person that has owned two successful restaurants. I have catered huge events, fundraisers, and small ones also. My love for food comes from a young age learning how to cook from my grandmother. I also have a Food Safety Manager License from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. This is important because I know the Health Department Laws of Food Safety which prevent any illness and allows me to continue working with food protecting peoples safety.
