- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard price for my services. They are: house pet sitter for 1 week-$240.00 which is fixed price. Pet sitting hourly-$32.00. Additional services $15.00 (negotiable)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I request to visit the pet with owner a few times to obtain a sense of calmness. Likes or dislikes. I demonstrate this by showing and discussing how their pet will be loved as a family member until they return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have on the job training with a previous customer. I cared for 4 dogs for 2 weeks. In addition I kept the customer house in order. I learn by doing. I am learning every day more and more.
