Misti was very flexible and accommodating in scheduling. She had a thorough knowledge and worked well within my time constraints while making sure we understood the material. I had a great experience with Heart N.E.T CPR. They work around your schedule, allow you to understand the training and are very respectful well-rounded people. This instructor was absolutely amazing. Her patience and teaching techniques were perfect. I feel completely comfortable taking the skills from her class and using them in the real world if need be.
