- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are custom bid to what the customer desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Standard meet and greet. Say Hello talk about what the client is wanting. Then walk through the scope of work on site, give suggestions, and address all concerns. Then we come up with a detailed plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my leads have worked in the field for many years before starting our own business for it. Starting in unions as apprentices and working our way up. We have over 35+years combined together between two of us alone. We do continuing education each year with the Oregon Contractors Board, and have accumulated many classes over the years. Basic construction classes from concrete and grade checking to special Rockfall Mitigation training in Arizona.
