Introduction: I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and have been teaching for 3. I am currently furthering my studies of yoga and learning different styles of yoga. I am an occupational therapist as well which comes in handy as knowing the human body really helps as a yoga teacher. I own a yoga studio in York which has been open for 3 years. I teach beginners yoga, hatha yoga , and power yoga. I also specialize in working with athletes
I love sharing yoga with people. I love hearing how good it makes people feel and how whether we like it or. It yoga has an affect on some many aspects of life. Mood, concentration, breath, flexibility, strength, posture......the list goes on!
